Michael,
Really useful and positive tips. I love the point “Smile!”. People should smile and laugh more not only to increase their selling revenue but also for themselves to increase positive attitude in their life :) It's so true with those emotional tips. No matter how many technical details we know about our product or service, it's still the emotions that help us sell in the end. I think we should learn how to apply the prospect's point of view and show them how exactly their life could be easier and better with our product/service. So I totally agree that the most important point is to show them “what's in it for them”.
